Yes, I believe every traffic offender should be served the death penalty especially those that run traffic lights...
My reason is that they could cause the death of other road users in the process.. It doesn't matter weda the traffic offence resulted in death of someone or not, even if the offender did something like failing to park in the right place, he or she should receive the death sentence.
