I have told people that legally and logically what the framers of that portion wanted was to make it compulsory that you must score at least 25%in Abuja to ensure your victory has the semblance of national spread,as represented by the FCT,even if u score 25% in all 36 states.
I know the SC will side with Tinubu because the Nigerian SC has never been noted to rule against any sitting president or president elect,as far as removing him in office.
But no one should interpret the constitution in any other way and I can never agree otherwise:you must constitutionally score 25% in the FCT to be declared winner.

They have the same status does not mean they have the same nature. A boy and a girl can be students at the same level to be accorded equal respect. That would not then imply that the boy should put on dresses to school.

Lets follow peter obi/obidients logic to a final conclusion: If they're correct about the electoral status of Abuja, then it means that in the future a president candidate should just makes sure he gets > 75% in Abuja and no other candidate will be able to become president even if the person wins the 36 states of the federation. This way you can do reruns forever and nobody can become president.
