The only SE state classified as “educationally disadvantaged” instead PRIORITIZED the use of a reported N36 billion to build an airport when Enugu Airport (itself underutilized btw) is EASIER to reach than MMA Lagos Airport is from several parts of Lagos. Imagine how many primary and secondary schools (which is essentially basic education), and perhaps even vocational schools, could have been built and/or renovated with N36 billion.
