engage in fitness training,put yourself on almond and apple diet for two weeks and see what happens.handfull of almond before bedtime and apple in the morning,eat 1hr before any food,then you can proceed with skipping,on may 10th id be 35 but with a clean shave i look 20-21.

What if you try to forget them, but circumstances around always remind you of it? How would you feel? Imagine a man old enough to be your father, referring you as ma/ madam, and so on. Or a woman old enough to be your mother, seeing you as her age mate. Just saddening. You won't understand because you're not in my shoes. Maybe you look your age or even younger than your age, so you won't understand.

Modified : I once had a girl who was in her 40s, felt a lot insecure about her age and all that. But I usually bought all this collagen and some other products for her. Later she became fresher that even a neighbor was telling his wife(in her twenties) to ask for the cream she was using. Those pills are expensive though and ur dermatologist should be consulted. Hope it helps
