Since lagos has seaports, what is the need for ondo to have seaport at this time, and there are seaport projects ongoing in the south South, some projects are good, but timing may be bad, in a situation where the country works with economic plan, ondo state could say, we would build seaport if the economy improves by x percent....

If too much money is spent on all these projects at a time, they will fail ..but if u do things gradually, it will succeed...

What they ought to have done since Adekunle Ajasin era. They keep stealing state funds from one government to another. It’s only Adefarati that tried a bit. All those Mimiko dem Agagu, Aketi na wash.

Sake of say dem no want make Ilaje Igbokoda, Ikale people smell governance, they left that coastal side unattended to. They should have moved their state capital towards the shores since 1983. There, the terrain is good for construction. No rocks to blast. Little or no hilll or rough terrain for construction unlike Akure and mainland Ondo areas. Dangote refinery would have been built there because of cheaper land acquisition, proximity to Lagos and to the NigerDelta

Make state sha no have more than 10% investment in the port o.

Why another sea.port in South west? What happens to South South or south east to help decongest Lagos. Nigeria is not a country, its a failed state.
Move one sea port to South East or south south so that development will spread across the country. Ondo and Lagos is almost the same nah. What is wrong with Nigeria pls?

you people are the problem we have in ala-igbo. Trust is scarce is most of you guys. What is preventing south east from establishing one in imo, abia and anambra that's has close proximity to ocean. The day we begin to tell ourselves the truth in Igbo that's when our liberation will start. In the meantime, let the foolish citizens of south east continue blaming FG and leaving their governors.
Just like kaduna state helped in evacuation of their citizens . We will continue blame game in detriment of our people.

not really, other west African countries are using Lagos ports. The moment we start operating 24/7, boost agriculture and increase manufacturing (mostly in ogun state), all ports in Lagos will explode but Ondo state might kill business for PH and Calabar port. don't forgot badagry port and we might have another port in Itsekiri

The Araromi Road which would get people from Araromi Ondo State to Lekki in Lagos

In 45 minutes will soon be completed

and Housing will be much cheaper along that Axis
