Checking papers is not the duty of the police except if there is an urgent need for a stop and search. We are not in a zoo where you can do anything .. what do they know there that they can search.

The moment the vehicle you're driving has both vehicle license and drivers license updated, you have mo business with them. It's only when they want to play on your intelligence that they will bring up other issues

Any driver without driving license should have no businesses driving on our roads. otherwise they endanger lives. Any driver that doesn't have driving license or valid vehicle papers ought to be arrested & prosecuted, that's police job, not taking bribe from them therefore making our roads unsafe.
