Your best chance for conception is via Artificial reproductive technology . One option is IVF with donor sperm. Adoption is another option.

Secondly, your husband should consider taking out the undescended testes because it’s capable of malignant transformation since it’s existed outside of the scrotum for this long. Usually best to return it to the normal position as early as possible.

Yes, it's important to see a urologist before taking further steps. It's indeed an expensive journey and nothing is guaranteed.

So,pls if you don't mind adoption, message me and i will put you through with reliable source,they have pregnant ladies,soon to birth,u talk to the CEO,and choose ur preferred gender,then they keep a slot for you,and immediately the said child is given birth,they handover to you,all this are done legally.Thanks

I will advise you to discuss with your husband about adopting a child right away.

Why you may ask, It's for you to have a child to bring you succour while you both tackle the problem medically and prayerfully. I know this as I am married to a man diagnosed with azoospermia for the past 19 and a half years and from experience, I can tell that you both have a very long road ahead.
It's an experience I do not wish on my enemy......

If your husband has the obstructive type, then hopefully with surgery some sperm can be extracted and used for IVF, if its the non-obstructive type.. then Jesus is Lord and with God all things are possible....

I will strongly advise that you INSIST on attending all doctor's appointment with him, so you get all the full details about his condition in order to be able to make an INFORMED DECISION about your future with him.

In my case after about 9-10 years of marriage, I gave my darling husband an ultimatum, we either adopt a child or I walk away! He accepted and we have just that child today that has been my saving grace and joy - even though his family accepted the child half heatedly. I stayed in the marriage because of my belief that marriage is for life and I don't belief in remarriage, I don't know about you.

I am in my upper 40s and darling husband is over 50 now, but I still believe what God cannot do does not exist.

Hi... I love you dependability despite some societal expectations. Did you freeze your eggs? If you did, then your spouse can still produce spermatozoa through the use of advanced medical therapy at the genetic level.

Since you are in your late forties, you can then choose to carry the pregnancy of your own biological child to full term or get a surrogate mother to do that for you for a fee in Lagos, if you're in Nigeria and elsewhere.

He needs to deal with whatever is dropping his testosterone. Is he overweight? If he is he needs to drop it. Does he engage in activity routinely? (Like walking, running, jogging etc) If not he needs to engage himself but not stress himself. Does he do a high stress job or are there any stressors in his life? He needs to cut stressors off ohh. Ask your doctor to suggest testosterone supplements he can take and lastly we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers so support all these with prayers and fasting with your husband. If he is someone that dips his stick in every pit latrine in skirt then he is not serious with his sexual health and soul and in such a case he needs to repent.
