Labour Union congress deserve all the ill treatment from the federal government after all they keep on selecting bad leaders to lead them tongue
people are just shouting they should increase salary as if people working under government are up to 40% compare to people working under private sectors. If they increase salaries of government workers, what will be d faith of people working for private sectors that don't have anybody to fight for them for minimum wages. I think government should also have an organization that will be monitoring these private company. Some of them are wicked and heartless to pay peanut salaries to their staff, and still over used them. Some of them will even owe them salaries and if u report to police, they may turn the case on u if they bribe the police. Nigeria needs total reform on private sectors also.

If NLC says they are not up for negotiation. DSS should pick up their leader and someone who is up for negotiation should take the lead.

No one or group is above government. You negotiate not fight like Obidients. We that voted Tinubu did because we want subsidy removal. Anyone who is against this is a threat to National security.

Some persons go just wake up begin spew rubbish from mouth.

Unfortunately those that voted against Tinubu across parties are more than those that voted for him.
Btw did your god Tinubu gave room for negotiation wen Jonathan wanted to remove subsidy?

Tinubu won. That is democracy. His vision and campaign promises shall not be contested. It’s the reality.

In a democratic setup, vision and promises of any government that is inimical to the common masses can be and should be contested except tibunu is going to run an autocratic govt like buhari his predecessor

Have been reading some people's comments on nairaland here regarding the removal of subsidy

I can say the tribalism in us is fully out

Imagine this same subsidy removal we all protested against in 2012 is now what some people refer as south east and south south protest in 2023
Na God go purnish all of them... Any person wey protest make Jonathan no comot subsidy, but dey clap say Tinubu don comot subsidy na suffer go kill them.

Even your own choice of candidate was motivated by sentiments.

Obi is the worst of the four major candidates in the last election and you hailed him when he said he will remove subsidy IMMEDIATELY.

In this, obidients and Atikulate are not the masses. We the masses that voted will resist any gathering against our vision. There won’t be any strike. NLC should change leadership and come to negotiation table.

The man doesn't sound intelligent most times!

I was initially against NLC strike, but I now understand their position...!

The insensitivity of those in power and those in affluent positions must be taken to task!

You want people living below the Poverty Line to live in more poverty while you maintain your lifestyles.

These people just want the country to work for their personal needs not the needs of the average citizens!

Labour should be strong and resolute on their demands .... Any labour member that wants to act as a snitch should be booted out .... Every mole should be crushed!!!

Watch how some people from the south of waste want to play ethnic card with the labour leader .... F0olish tribalist .... when same guy protested for minimum Wage, why didnt they play the ethnic card on him?

Until the PMS is reversed and a date for removal is subsidy fixed and palliatives are rolled out together with maximum cushion effect, they should be resolute, stroke and close down the country.

We cant have Jackals ruling us anylonger.

To those APC miscreants ... Just go to the fuel station and shout EMILOKAN .... they will sell fuel for u at #5 .... BUSUUUUU

Your frustration is for the next 8 years. grin

And I'm glad that it is a Yoruba man that you have so much that is making your life miserable like this. grin

Tell Tinubu that there is what is call , DEPLOMACY. He is not in Oshodi motor park where you talk and do anyhow and expect sane people not to push back
