Didn't INEC chairman promise to transmit results real time?
Let's even assumed the Tribune reportage is true,
1. Do u change rules on the eve of the most important election in Nigeria history
2. If truly INEC chairman said the result will no longer be transmitted, then why go ahead to transmit others and left only the presidential?

These are questions many of u should have gotten from the write up
Not playing the tribal card as always

Go and check electoral act, inec never said all the transmission would be electronic transmission, this matter was well discuss in the National Assemble before concluding that it's not everywhere youcan get network so transmission has to be in two ways. so you guys and your witnesses should be very careful with any evidence you present in court. I hope you guys won't labour in vain with all this shout all around.

It is not in the Constitution. Kadaria Ahmed does not know up to 5% of what I know about Nigeria. No Constitution Amendment (Federal and States) ever passed the Bill to give FCT 25% voting power to rule Nigeria. It can never pass through South West & South South Parliament. The IBOS, though while pursuing BIAFRA, out of frustration may pass the Bill, the Yorubas & South South can never pass that Bill.

ARISE TV is mainly a propaganda station used by EndSARS rioters to destroy Tinubu and Lagos State properties.

The Founder, Nduka Obaigbena begged IBB to annul June 12 election. He said Abiola violated Electoral Act by putting on Cap with MKO inscription and for wearing Agbada that has SDP logo ( Horse) on the day of election.
He/she must secure not less than 25% of votes cast in at least two-thirds of all the States of the federation and FCT; this is your constitution two third in all the states and FCT, if FCT is not exclusive, it would have simply stated it should secure two third in all the states, got it?

With all the evidence presented against Tinubu it will be hard for the Judiciary to trample on Peter Obi case.

Peter Obi is even bring more reasonable points and facts than Atiku. The rigged him to third but he is the major opposition now.

That's why I keep telling corn addicts not to rejoice yet. So that when the big shock happens it won't claim their lives.
did u people not present drug, age and certificate evidence against him before d election? Which evidence again are u people relying upon. U tried all your ways to stop him from reaching there yet he got there. You people no dey wise? U dont realize u suppose don back off or else u will ridicule yourself. U too think am nah. Will any judge rule against Ahmed tinubu govt. This is a common sense. All what is happening in d court is just for d record. D drama in d court is giving u convidence and u are feeling happy. Atiku dat came second sef no give himself fake hope. Atiku understand d govt better that is why he doesn't take d court case serious. Have u forgotten how Obidients swore with there future life that tinubu will not be swore in as d president. Stop giving yourself fake hope. An ibo man can't be president in Nigeria put this in your mind. U will have peace of mind if u have this in your mind. This country can't leave d affairs of this country on ibos hand. See Mr enlightened guy, the constitution you are using now, is it from the military of civillian?

Military.
The 1979 & 1999 Constitution are from the military. The 1999 Constitution is from 1979 Constitution. There have been several amendment by the Parliament. That is why I mentioned amendment. Late Rotimi Williams participated in the drafting of 1999 Constitution. 25% voting power to rule Nigeria was never given to FCT in the Constitution.

Electoral Act and many FG policy documents referred to the entire Nigeria as 36 States and FCT. This has led to Court cases because of distribution of Resources and Supreme Court has ruled on this.

Under the new Act, the use of electronic devices such as smart card readers, electronic voting machines and other technological devices, is allowed in the accreditation process for voters and in the general conduct of elections.[27] Furthermore, the new Act provides for electronic transmission of election results in accordance with the procedure determined by the Commission.[28]

This is your electoral act, read it very well brother: Nigeria is not a jungle or banana republic where someone can just because of his privileged position allow himself to be used to spit on our constitution and laws, electoral act clearly states that there will be electronic transmission of results. And for those saying that 25% is not required in FCT, that' it should be treated as a State, should go and read the electoral act and see how it separates FCT from other states,: It always use these phrases, States and the FCT, we are watching, Mr return the money given to you to conduct this smam and hand yourself over to DSS to be prosecuted

Furthermore, the new Act provides for electronic transmission of election results in accordance with the procedure determined by the Commission.[28].

Did you go to school at all?

Look for someone to interpret that boldened area for you.

Obi knows he didn’t even win but only wants to fulfill all righteousness and satisfy his bl1nd followers. That’s why he went to court.

Look at all frivolous evidences a presidential hopeful is presenting in court. Even a 100 Level Law student cannot present such in any mock law simulation/trial - blurred results sheets, one divorced, frustrated IJ baby called Ijeoma, bringing TV to courtroom to replay news already cast about election, etc.

Obi should have packed all his followers to court as witnesses then, so that we can know his serious.

All SANs he is parading are C-list SANs. They haven’t appeared or won any serious case at Appeal or Supreme Court levels.

If you see them talk after court proceedings, that’s when you would know they are jittery and are aware of blunders they have committed in courts. They talk like learner lawyers. Okonkwo, on his own, would be looking like a mascot behind their lead counsel oga.

Please stop quoting wrong section of the electoral Act to confuse people. The section of the electoral Act that concerns voting, collation of results and declaration are in section 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65.

The section you're brandishing about is on broadcasting and campaigning.
Read verbatim what section 93 and 94 says and stop confusing those that can make confirmation.

Section 93 Nigeria Electoral Act 2022
Prohibition of use of force or violence during political campaign

(1) A party, candidate, aspirant, or person or group of persons shall not directly or indirectly threaten any person with the use of force or violence during any political campaign in order to compel that person or any other person to support or refrain
from supporting a political party or candidate.

(2) A political party, candidate, aspirant, person or group of persons that contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction –
(a) in the case of a candidate, aspirant, or person or group of persons, to a maximum fine of Nl,000,000 or imprisonment for a term of 12 months; and
(b) in the case of a political party, to a fine of N2,000,000 in the first instance, and N5 00,000 for any subsequent offence.

Section 94 Nigeria Electoral Act 2022
Limitation on political broadcast and campaign by political parties

(1) For the purpose of this Act, the period of campaigning in public by every politicalparty shall commence 150 days before polling day and end 24 hours prior to that
day.

(2) A registered political party which through any person acting on its behalf during the 24 hours before polling day –
(a) advertises on the facilities of any broadcasting undertaking; or
(b) procures for publication or acquiesces in the publication of an advertisement
in a newspaper, for the purpose of promoting or opposing a particular candidate, commits an offence under this Act and is liable on conviction to a maximum fine of N500,000.

Section 94 Nigeria Electoral Act 2022
Limitation on political broadcast and campaign by political parties

(1) For the purpose of this Act, the period of campaigning in public by every political
party shall commence 150 days before polling day and end 24 hours prior to that
