When a woman snatches another woman's husband, and the woman whose husband was snatched starts fighting, the husband snatcher will do everything possible to convince the man and all around that she is better than the man's wife.

This is what is presently playing out in Nigeria.

Tinubu the yakubu select and unconstitutional president is doing everything possible to make Nigerians feel he is a better choice than Peter Obi, the man who the People voted for.

Don't be fooled by bills up in bills being signed. Signing bill is not an achievement.
Buhari signed bills upon bills.
Buhari himself signed electoral law that Yakubu brazenly failed to implement.

What affects the common man is the implementation of bills right down for the common man to see and feel.

I love what PODATTI and lawyers are doing.
Choke them with Evidence.
For some of us, albeit I’m sluggish at associating with the person of Tinubu, we have no doubt that he is miles more competent than PO in EVERYTHING.
In administration, policy making, decision making, intelligence, balls, politics and confidence.

Sorry the court has the right to declare the evidence of a witness as hostile. Meanwhile, Le the doubters not jubilate.yet. To counter this witness, APC will use Tribune reporter and he will give evidence on where he sourced the story confirming no real time transmission of results. We are just raising tension in the polity unnecessarily. This is Obis turn to give present witness. The defendants would have their own time and cross examinations.
The Tribune never said the INEC will not electronically transmit election results from polling unit in real-time. Rather, they said raw figures will not be transmitted whether real- time or not.

What they said is self explanatory except you are taking side. In that case, you are free to say anything but what you say cannot change the truth.

Under the new Act, the use of electronic devices such as smart card readers, electronic voting machines and other technological devices, is allowed in the accreditation process for voters and in the general conduct of elections.[27] Furthermore, the new Act provides for electronic transmission of election results in accordance with the procedure determined by the Commission.[28]

This is your electoral act, read it very well brother: Nigeria is not a jungle or banana republic where someone can just because of his privileged position allow himself to be used to spit on our constitution and laws, electoral act clearly states that there will be electronic transmission of results. And for those saying that 25% is not required in FCT, that' it should be treated as a State, should go and read the electoral act and see how it separates FCT from other states,: It always use these phrases, States and the FCT, we are watching, Mr return the money given to you to conduct this smam and hand yourself over to DSS to be prosecuted

Go and read Clause 93 and 94.....Una problem be say una no fit take time to read and comprehend rather you pick/choose which parts favors your argument! The ridiculous notion that the Electoral Act places Abuja ahead of the rest of the states in Nigeria is comedic relief, it just goes to show the broader issue of declining standard of education in Nigeria.....SHAME!

There's nothing like declining issue, it's the twisted and criminal mind of people that want to trample on constitution for personal interest and it will not happen. First Abuja is Federal Capital Territory and not Federal Capital State, can you spot the difference? Secondly, the term States And FCT is pure distinctive terms, if the FCT is a state, tell me who the governor is and is the so called governor elected?

It was not just said,it was also documented as rules and regulations of INEC which is an extension of the electoral act and holds as much power and binding authority!

Glad you mentioned rules and regulations, now tell me what Clause 48(c) allows? How about the Electoral Act itself? Read Clause 93 and enlighten yourself!

I keep asking people like you the same question, WHY WOULD THE ELECTORAL ACT PLACE FCT ABOVE ALL OTHER STATES/TERRITORIES? If FCT was the deal breaker, why wouldn't politician just put all their power and might into getting votes in FCT? No be juju be that?

Washington D.C is a Federal Territory in the USA, the Constitution gives its people the right to vote but guess what, it's vote is just the same as the rest of the American territories, D.C also does not have a Governor......SOUNDS FAMILIAR?

I have read clause 93 and 94 and there's nothing like debunking electronic transmission of result there, it just states that non can sway someone or intimidate a voter by violence just as MC Oluomo did or use any Newspaper or any other media to smear the image of the opponent, now I would like to see your own version printed from mars or elsewhere and let me clarify

That's where the dunceness of Nigeria comes, copying American system without understanding. DC is a State in America, nothing like territory, inside DC is Washington; the capital of District Columbia State ( DC) So Americans have the right to classify it as ordinary state since it has elected governor just like every other states in the US but in our own case, it's totally different ball game, Our FCT is distinct from other states, it's called a Territory and not a state and its administrative blocks are totally different from every other state in Nigeria. If you don't know that it has a special status and different from Nigerian states, then you should know it today, at least that's how your constitution presents it, and this is why 25% is needed in it. If you want to learn more about it, then you can go to history of Abuja to understand its geographical importance in Nigeria; the problem with Nigeria is that most don't read including their moronic leaders, that's why the thief didn't care to study the constitution and hastily announced the winner after taking some bribes or whatever inducement, I see him going to jail soon, because the constitution is the bedrock of every society and toying with it is not forgivable

We are yet to hear Peter Obi mention Abubakar Atiku’s name, Yet he is claiming he won the election?

Why is he even afraid to mention his Oga’s name?

If you are smart enough his aim is to prove that the votes were padded to the eventual winner and as such the process was flawed

Its seriously choking them, to an extent of bringing a new format that Yakubu changed the format on 23rd Feb and NO LOCAL OR FOREIGN MEDIA AND DAILIES could publish such a BREAKING NEWS.

But i know PODATI will still come up with another details naa to prove them wrong. He us always 3 positive steps ahead.

The only smart move now is for APC to try a conditional settlement with ObiDatti outside the court but someone must fall for it..The Inec chairman MUST go under the bus.
The president MUST condemn in a live broadcast all the electoral defaults, threatening and criminality pioneered by the the APC .
Elections has been rigged continuously in Nigeria and evidences destroyed and we are know that Tinubu rigged the election.

aswani:
Osamor, while being cross-examined by APC counsel, Abiodun Owonikoko, avowed that INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, said the results of the Feb. 25 presidential election would be transmitted live.

So instead of providing proof of his votes that were giving to other candidates, we are focusing on someone saying the election results would be transmitted live.

So this is the stolen mandate that Obidients have been shouting upandan, the fact that elections were not transmitted live.

No figures to compare with officially declared figures, just random journalists saying they heard that the results will be transmitted live.

I understand why Obi's SANs are proceeding on this basis anyway, they have families to feed and things are tough for honest citizens in this country

Again your ignorance is like Zee world. Extraordinary everyday.
Is it that you are just following this case or you didn't see where form EC8 was tendered by both parties to the case?
