The flaw with this request is that even if the court agrees and nullify the votes recorded for TInubu, then Obi will now need to show that the votes recorded for Atiku should also be nullified, otherwise Atiku becomes the automatic winner.. does it make some sense to you ( i bet not) Court will not just order a rerun just because someone is asking for it.
