There's merit. That new IG was a Lecturer at Yabatech before pursuing a career as a Police officer.

He finished his first degree in Mathematics from UNILAG and Masters in same UNILAG yet took all those qualifications to join police. That he is even in that picture says a lot about how formidable and excellent he is. He must be extremely brilliant and hardworking to be on the team of Asiwaju. The policeman in the picture is the current Oniru and he was the orderly of Asiwaju Tinubu.

Asiwaju goes for talents and retain them.

So, when are they going to retain you? cheesy

Tinubu always play the long game.

He is somehow lucky. The IGP is his personal person and the NSA is also very close to him. Their loyalty is 100%.

Buhari had one issue where he worked with people that he doesn’t have that much closeness with and just people recommended to him. That affected him because some of his appointee are grossly disloyal and did whatever they like at the detriment of the General.

That NSA for Ribadu is also very strategic. Ribadu is a trusted ally, someone like that will be trustworthy and loyal such that he will most likely tell the president the right state of security affairs. These are people Tinubu can trust with his eyes closed.
No! What Buhari did was his best he can. When we raised against it you people said he needs to put people he trusted.
How could he turned deaf ears to the crying of people on who you cried to before consideration to vote him in.
People are dying everyday, families wipe away, job lost, property lost, after seeing on news paper, he will said he is chock.

it's not even about Obi I only used him as a pointer because of of the delusional points u made.

Read what u wrote to me and tell how it makes sense to u or anybody and if I am wrong point it out.

a struggling country like Nigeria want to a housing mortgage system and calls it easy money. This is redundant. Lol

Introduce a bulletproof mortgage system for Nigerians abroad.

Thats the first line in my write up.....All you Obi Clowns, wrecking your own economy and infrastructures will never be handed the keys to the treasury. Calling people names online, hiding behind anonymity to showcase your delusion and crass attitude.

We now have excuses for failure...
Buhari didn't work with people he know...

His ministers were appointed for him bla bla bla..
But u lots were jubilating that he choosed the best hands back then, so why the excuses today?
Abi u forget the issue then about Ibrahim magu?
When Dss and efcc gave conflicting reports about the man, The NASS refused to screen him, Buhari still made him the efcc acting chairman against the laws of the land..
We all thought it was for the good of the nation, years later the same man was sacked cos of corruption...
Abeg who choosed magu for Buhari?

Brilliant throwback.

There are far better and sound Police officers that the need clown 🤡 called IGP...

If it was based on merit he won't be on the top 10

We can do the assessment if you want...

My real issue here is the number of officers that his ascension will lead to their retirement.

Most countries store their wealth in real estate. Sanitize home ownerships. Introduce a bulletproof mortgage system for Nigerians abroad.
This will generate billions in dollars revenue for the Country. It doesn't have to be run by the government.

1-Just make sure no fraud is perpetrated. $300/month is approx 80 million naira in 30years at 0% interest rates. (90% of Nigerians abroad can afford this). Counter the westernized brain drain by draining the dollars back to Nigeria.

2-Bank owns the property till its paid, so you don't need collateral

3- Plumbers, electricians, artisans, all these blue collared people will be employed by this scheme.

5-Start with major cities, country homes,

This is what they call, the American dream......... Bulletproof easy money making system.

PS: Asiwaju you have one shot, God put you there for a reason. We pray for your good health. Make us(Nigerians) proud.

Asiwaju 50 years from now you will not be alive, Let your grandchildren know, their Grandfather was the game-changer in a continent called AFRICA !!!!

Your thought process, typical of APC/Tinubu blind loyalists, is faulty. In a democracy, competence trumps loyalty.

Not like loyalty is bad per se, but in the context of patriotism, it is rather wrong.

Y'all never ask the critical questions... "Am I loyal to country, or individual?"
"Do I stand for a cause/an ideal, or individual?'
"What is more important in my profession - work ethics or loyalty?"

Y'all are short-sighted, shallow thinkers!

You're loyal to an individual, Tinubu. Then what becomes of you when he kicks the bucket

Those that are loyal to country, want what's best for it. They have ideals, for which PO and Datti best represents. They're not loyal to them but will hold them accountable to these ideals. This is why they will make better leaders. And this is something you will never get.
Instead, you are brainwashed by your handlers and principals to see the better candidates as evil, using tribalism and bigotry as weapons.

Well said.

Nigeria is 3rd world becos of ppl like the guy you quoted.

Shouldn’t their loyalty be to nation? And the statement that the most nepotistic President Nigeria has ever seen did not really know the people he appointed, would have been amusing if not for the brain drain & numerous needless deaths his nepotism caused Nigeria in 8 yrs!

There you go again with that unreasonable question on loyalty. When you want to appear smart with certain question, you end up becoming shallow and stupid. When you appoint your inner and security aides, which loyalty do you consider first? You or that of the second party? You of course! You know it, except you are ignorant. That is why I said your seeming smartness appeared foolishly. To help you further, If your appointees are not loyal to you, you are dead. Your dream, vision, plan etc for your organization cannot be achieved.

Most times, if they are loyal to the president, there is at least 70% chance that they will be loyal to the nation.

If the NSA can see the president as his brother and know for a fact that the success in security is a success for the president, he will do everything he got to make sure there is a safe Nigeria.

Truly they are some president that sometimes go rogue but most president around the word in a democracy want the best for their country
W
Lastly, you can be loyal to the president and still be loyal to the nation. Nothing stop you from being both.

U are still a learner in the scheme of things
And maybe never been close to d corridors of power,
Uv never asked ur self why a local govt chairman would award the contract of d road to his own house and still embezzle d money
And rather drive through murky waters with all his subjects go through d same pain
He has no interest in his pple
So it's replicated in d larger political game
It's party loyality, personal ambition, extension of political frontiers, for loyalist and themselves
NOTE ONLY STRONG INSTITUTIONS IN NIGERIA AND AFRICA WE BRING THE RULING CLASS TO ITS TOES
