Tinubu always play the long game.

He is somehow lucky. The IGP is his personal person and the NSA is also very close to him. Their loyalty is 100%.

Buhari had one issue where he worked with people that he doesn’t have that much closeness with and just people recommended to him. That affected him because some of his appointee are grossly disloyal and did whatever they like at the detriment of the General.

That NSA for Ribadu is also very strategic. Ribadu is a trusted ally, someone like that will be trustworthy and loyal such that he will most likely tell the president the right state of security affairs. These are people Tinubu can trust with his eyes closed.
Your thought process, typical of APC/Tinubu blind loyalists, is faulty. In a democracy, competence trumps loyalty.

Not like loyalty is bad per se, but in the context of patriotism, it is rather wrong.

Y'all never ask the critical questions... "Am I loyal to country, or individual?"
"Do I stand for a cause/an ideal, or individual?'
"What is more important in my profession - work ethics or loyalty?"

Y'all are short-sighted, shallow thinkers!

You're loyal to an individual, Tinubu. Then what becomes of you when he kicks the bucket

Those that are loyal to country, want what's best for it. They have ideals, for which PO and Datti best represents. They're not loyal to them but will hold them accountable to these ideals. This is why they will make better leaders. And this is something you will never get.
Instead, you are brainwashed by your handlers and principals to see the better candidates as evil, using tribalism and bigotry as weapons.

BAT/SHIT has nothing to valuable to offer you.
"Anyone that steals a mandate can never use it for good."

Shouldn’t their loyalty be to nation? And the statement that the most nepotistic President Nigeria has ever seen did not really know the people he appointed, would have been amusing if not for the brain drain & numerous needless deaths his nepotism caused Nigeria in 8 yrs!

Those folks will be more loyal to the Country than having any Igbos persons there angry most hallelujah the Naval chief I heard is not from the Igbo speaking part of Enugu.

Most countries store their wealth in real estate. Sanitize home ownerships. Introduce a bulletproof mortgage system for Nigerians abroad.
This will generate billions in dollars revenue for the Country. It doesn't have to be run by the government.
1-Just make sure no fraud is perpetrated. $300/month is approx 80 million naira in 30years at 0% interest rates.

2-Bank owns the property till its paid, so you don't need collateral

3- Plumbers, electricians, artisans, all these blue collared people will be employed by this scheme.

5-Start with major cities, country homes,

This is what they call, the American dream......... Bulletproof easy money making system.

And what happens when the client defaults in his/her monthly remittance? Will he/she be evicted from the property?

do you think you are sharing this your information with kindergarten?

pls which research did you do that made you come to the conclusion that "Most times, if they are loyal to the president, there is at least 70% chance that they will be loyal to the nation"?

is loyalty to nigeria determined by loyalty to the president?

those that worked with buhari, that lied continuously to cover up for him, were they not loyal to him?

did that translate to loyalty to nigeria?

did tinubu not also lie about buhari to nigerians in order to cocer up for him?

was that not loyalty to buhari and did that translate to loyalty to nigeria?

Oga, you don't know how security architecture works, the president is the chief security officer of the country.

All security chiefs must be loyal to him and the constitution.

Prove to me that any of the appointed service chief is not loyal to the constitution.

What is the easy money making system here when the house will be built on credit for 30 years?

I have studied tinubu money/revenue generating and development systems and its all these model and very narrow, monotonous and has short term disadvantages bt long term differed benefits which is not bad only if the country is currently liquid and doesn't require immediate revenue.

tinubu is thinking outside the box bt still in one direction. This is why lagos is on so much debt despite generating loots of revenue from taxes bt mysteriously still struggling.

There are 4 ways a country generates crazy revenue.
1- Sell resources, sell everything including your aged parents
2- Tax everything that breathes
3- Sell real estate at compound interests over 30 years (99% of people do not have a choice, because they cant pay cash upfront)
4- Go to a foreign land start a war and loot their resources

We need to explore our real estate option.

Is it not ordinary DIG they wanted to fill that they couldn't get anyone from the East? They had to upgrade an AIG.
Abeg go sleep.
You people will just vomit anything due to ignorance. If an Igbo man or woman is not promoted to AIG, would that be the fault of Igbo officers in a country where nepotism is the order of the day, where merit and hard work is thrown into dustbin. I know many of my course mates that have been on one rank for years why their juniors have been elevated above them. That's just the country we find ourselves. There are ranks that are quota specific and one of them is AIG and DIG. If any region has no representation, then, which region fill up the vacancy that they don't have one. Then, they might intentionally not promote one to fill the vacancy or they intentionally surcharged the region.
Again, when didn't the former AIG retired and why do they need to wait so long to fill up that vacancy for the region? Many questions begging for answers.

Government of close friends and associates have never worked in Nigeria and will never work as Buhari he will tell you..

Those so called close friends in power grow to become loyal to the personality Tinubu instead of the constitution and Nigeria as a country..

The see such position as a reward for being loyal to Tinubu over the years than call to serve the Nigerian populace...

That is why you need to build BRIDGES across the Nation. Building BRIDGES is not necessarily for numbers to win Elections. To build BRIDGES is also to picking competent hands across the Nation despite political/religious divides to help tinker and run your Government for a better society. Buhari was given disloyal hands who helped ruined his administration one of them is EMEFIELE, although, he was not appointed by Buhari, we all know what he did, had Buhari build BRIDGES, he would have known who to put in that position.

Buhari never build Bridge to help run his govt rather he raised a formidable movement to win just election, a major setback for him, so, when he need capable hands to run a People-oriented administation, he failed woefully.

The difference btw JAGABAN and BUHARI, Tinubu built an army of competent minds and a movement to help win Election and to run a competent administration through BRIDGE BUILDING while BUHARI on the other hand only raised a Movement of to win him an Election.

THE DIFFERENCE IS CLEAR

Most times, if they are loyal to the president, there is at least 70% chance that they will be loyal to the nation.

If the NSA can see the president as his brother and know for a fact that the success in security is a success for the president, he will do everything he got to make sure there is a safe Nigeria.

Truly they are some president that sometimes go rogue but most president around the word in a democracy want the best for their country.

Lastly, you can be loyal to the president and still be loyal to the nation. Nothing stop you from being both.
99% of the time, they become power drunk & misbehave. Hence the need for having a national blue print that nobody will derail from.
