You need to Google how much nigerian diaspora are injecting into nigeria. You need to know how much positive has come from knowledge of the nigerian abroad. Put safety in place many of us at over 50 are coming back. Do you know investment from the ones that have been outside for over 20 years.

However I would like do a comparison, given the metric you chose to evaluate "good" governance, I would like to know why Tinubu constantly frequents foreign hospitals for health reasons despite "developing" Lagos...
