That cannot happen because the Ukrainian military is regimented. A mutinous officer would be replaced, arrested and court martialled immidiately. In fact, such a situation was avoided with the Azov battalion by integrating them into the army despite their record of human rights abuses. Also Ukraine is fighting under stronger morale and ideology unlike Russia.
