Why Is Asaba Developing So Fast by Propsad1: 7:22pm On Jun 25, 2023
If you have not been in Asaba for the last 3 Years you may find it difficult navigating the City when you visit. The rate at which Asaba is developing is highly unpredictable. What Could be the reason for this high rate of development rocking Asaba?

This Estate is the cheapest you can get in Asaba Town. I don't think there is anywhere inside Asaba Town you can get below 4.5 Million. This is to show how Asaba has developed. I remember that some plots of lands in these areas sold for 600,000 about five years ago.

Most igbo traders in lagos are relocating there.
The recent demolition would increase the number of immigrants there too.

Mandela's ANC used sit at home to peacefully agitate against apartheid.........do you want IPOB to use suicide bombers to agitate? The southeast governors should meet and go tell Tinubu to release nnamdi kanu that has been discharged by the appeal court! Stop supporting the evil work of a parochial Buhari administration!!

I hope who ever is responsible for urban development follows the tenets of urbanism and transit focused transportation, we dont need a lagos 2.0 but something better and revolutionary.

Across the Niger, mother nature is evicting the squatters there over their despicable levels of pure evil.(baby factory, human sacrifices, heathen worshippers , cannibalism , homosexuality, prostitution and pure senseless killings, etc)

Very soon gully erosion will take over Asaba and don't ask me why.

It's got little or nothing to do with that! Stop listening to the vile, Igbo-hating APC/Tinubu mob that want to sell the false narrative that 'IPOB and Mazi Kanu are engaged in a orgy of violence and sit-at-home enforcement in the south-east thinking they're doing Buhari and Tinubu'!

Asaba is benefitting from its proximity to Onitsha and this is driven by factors such as comparatively better availability and cost of land, property saturation and its attendant high cost in Onitsha metropolitan area, governance issues and provision of infrastructure, etc! The sit-at-home, which IPOB keeps reiterating has been called off, just started about two years ago with the kidnapping and illegal detention of Mazi Kanu, and is now being driven, directly or indirectly, by outside forces! However, the benefits in real-estate development, increase in property and land valuation, and the population boost that Asaba is witnessing, started and has been going on since it was made a state capital by IBB. As we speak, Onitsha is still developing and expanding at a frenetic pace!

.

This is why if we decide to show our brothers shege from across the Niger,it would seem like we are wicked.. When the British was decimating you guys in onitsha and anambra..Guess who came to your rescue,IGBOS from Delta state..

Fact check.. Igbos from Delta state dealt with Tafawa balewa and ahmadu below. It's on record igbos from Delta state died more than all igbos across the Niger because you all Fled Like cowards while we delta igbos died in our homes for your sake..

It's on record before onitsha started breathing, we have been drilling oil and gas .. We don't need you and we don't benefit Jack from you. All land purchased by you on asaba will be seize and you will go back to develop your own state

Rubbish
