It means that if Burna boy is passing with his heavy police convoy that used to beat people with koboko for not making way, hit your car or beat you while doing gragra as usual, just create a scene, make sure you record them or someone helps you to record as they break traffic rules and also assault you.

Do not, under any circumstance clear any part for any convoy even the president except for ambulance.

Know your rights and enjoy as you get millions in damages as long as you capture the evidence because those IGP's boys are always deaf.. They don't listen to their oga and ignorance is not an excuse..

I am looking for the next big man convoy that will hit my car in traffic to clear road or beat me up for not making way..

Avoid soldier oo.. this does not include them

In the History of Nigeria, They has never been a time we lacked "Law", The problem has always been implementation of the law.

When you stand by your right and you are being abused by those that are supposed to defend you," police brutality" comes to mind.

I don't see this proclamation making any difference, Reason is because, this is Nigeria.

I have seen people obtain justice because their evidence was presented through the court of public opinion..

the police or any authority will do anything for any case to not be shared in the media..

what you need to do is ensure that the scene is recorded. you will not even spend a dime to put it in public space and watch as you get your justice.. but if there's no face, there's no case..

Install dash cams in your car, put your phone in record mode as you sense something like this might happen..
