THC high is different from drunk high, you can't see anyone that is weed high misbehaving except he consumed alcohol or some other drugs with it.

Weed is beneficial to our health in ways we can't imagine

One of my guys, a heavy weed smoker started over smoking it when he had financial issues, someone that was rich before fell on hard times. It bleeped him up, maybe because he was not eating well. It was not mixed with anything though, just direct igbo. This guy now thought everyone was a witch trying to kill him. He will buy bags of salt and pour into all his electronics, carpets, bed etc. The whole house was salt. He eventually called people from the neighborhood to buy all his possessions one morning, took the cash he had and relocated to ghana.
Another friend that came from China, wanted to show skills, he poked a hole in a plastic bottle, somehow put some water and started inhaling the smoke from the we'd he placed inside. Few unites later this guy started display. He had to be tied. Omo, the guy ate a whole bucket of garri with little water. Very entertaining that day. Lol
I think heads have a limit.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) just wants to have control.
If cannabis is decriminalized in Nigeria, NDLEA will lose a lot of control and power.

A lot of my European friends take cannabis from the doctor, but it must be the approved one else you'll be fined.

The day my friend bought from a street vendor, she was caught with it by the police and was fined. Another day she successfully bought it and smoked it, she almost died that night - even though she's been taking medical cannabis for years

I am happy someone else saw the lie, a substance without THC cannot be classified as cannabis.
Besides, has he imported cannabis from those countries he's mentioning and taken to the lab to know which is stronger? Or has he even studied their law enforcement to know how they monitor the usage?

Bro I used to think like you do too, same thing happened to someone around until we found out he was adding colos to it, spoilt his ear drum and he's currently mad now.
