I just watched the full video. The policemen in the vehicle were not aware d guy was lying on the ground before moving the vehicle. The police did not lie him down. Thank God he survived. Not supporting the police and their high handedness either.

The crowd should have pulled the police man out of the car and set him on fire. What a docile terrible society we have. Pull the idiot out and set him on fire. Gush !! Am so dissapointed

From the video I watched,the guy was leaning on the bonnet of the vehicle,maybe as a way of pleading with the police. There was crowd around the vehicle, some of them talking to the policemen in the vehicle. Next thing,the guy went and laid down on the ground in front of the vehicle but the policemen in the vehicle were not aware of before moving the vehicle. May God grant the man speedy recovery.

The first task before the new IGP is to subject every police man to psychiatric evaluation and drug test. If you fail, you are forced to retire. We cannot be having police officers that are mentally challenged, and there are many of them.
