Is it just the police? Virtually all of government institutions are obsolete and muribond. We are still using pre-colonial systems in everything that has to do with government. The police is just a tip of the iceberg.

I swear. Imagine trying to justify this regardless of his crime. Even a serial killer must be treated like this by the police. Nigeria is truly lawless. I just watched the full video. The policemen in the vehicle were not aware d guy was lying on the ground before moving the vehicle. The police did not lie him down. Thank God he survived. Not supporting the police and their high handedness either.
