From the video I watched,the guy was leaning on the bonnet of the vehicle,maybe as a way of pleading with the police. There was crowd around the vehicle, some of them talking to the policemen in the vehicle. Next thing,the guy went and laid down on the ground in front of the vehicle but the policemen in the vehicle were not aware of before moving the vehicle. May God grant the man speedy recovery.
