I don't understand why some people think because LP and PDP didn't follow the normal process of calling up witnesses from polling both that they do not have the polling both results and didn't tender it to the tribunal.
With the time allotted for the parties to make their case, that would be a waste of time. Those polling both evidence is contained in their written address. However, it was never brought up by either Obi LP or Atiku PDP.

Both petitioners never raised it, call witnesses or argue it at the Tribunal. They were silent about it till they closed their petitions.

Therefore, in the eyes of the Law both petitioners have abandoned 25% in FCT.✓

Rather, they were focusing on showing TV interview of what INEC Chairman said and what he didn't say as if his words are now Electoral Law.

INEC Chairman only spoke about Guidelines. I ask you, what's your definition of guidelines?

It's just an administrative procedure for getting an assignment done which is subject to circumstances.

The officer can use his discretion when faced with challenges. But you cannot use your discretion when applying Electoral Law. This one is law and must be followed.
