Before we continue, let me breakdown the specs for you…
SPECIFICATIONS
* it’s Flexible: it doesn’t break, rather it can be adjusted to suit your design taste

* it’s washable: when it stains, don’t panic. Take rag and soapy water and clean the surface. Voila! Back to brand new.

* Temperature regulation: PE foam regulates room temperature. A damp cold room is regulated by this material and temperature back to normal room temperature.

* Light weight
* Dimension: 70x77cm (2 sheets make a square meter)

* Easy to install: Peel off the back and apply on wall.

Its main advantage over other decorative materials is that you don’t need other accessories like gum, clips, glue… etc.

I have never been a fan of this, but it looks very attractive. So here are my questions: How durable is it, and is it cheaper than painting? It seems to me like the glue that binds it may not last.

I'm also curious to know the rough cost estimate for a three bedroom bungalow.

It is not cheaper than most emulsion paints to be honest with u. For a whole room you’ll spend 5-10k painting the room, which you might need to repaint every year, to match its initial beauty.
This product doesn’t need changing or renewal. If ever there’s stain on it, get soapy water and wash from the surface. You’re probably spending 10-15k to seal a wall and the glue at the back doest wear off…

Also, how electronics reacts to water, this product will react to flammable liquids like petrol(not alcohol) to the best of my knowledge.

At the bolded, what do u mean by a wall? In other words, if a room has 3 or 4 corners, then we should be looking at close to 50k per room.

it’s a decorative material and most people would likely use it for one portion of their room, probably the tv side.
It sticks to glossy surfaces, walls that have been painted and even plastered or screeded wall.
