It is a rhetorical question afterall obidients are notorious for being ignorant and still stubbornly refusing to be educated

You don't ask a rhetorical question to answer a question when there is an evidence of ignorance on the part of the one asking.

Doing that makes you walk in same lane of ignorance.

No, obidients always jump into issues they know nothing of.there are different threads in nairaland and a nairalander is expected to be conversant with each section.what stops him from researching on tribunal before jumping into the fray?

1. He didn't commit any perjury they've submitted all his academic records.
2. INEC followed their guidelines. Court already ruled that only INEC can make decisions to safeguard results. INEC said you people were trying to hack their site and upload fake results which is why they waited until it was safe.
Besides the results have been uploaded so I don't know what you are complaining about.
3. Results being blurred on IREV is irrelevant. IREV copies are just synonymous to photocopies. If you collect certificate from your school and photocopy it but the photocopy came out blury it doesn't invalidate the original certificate that your school gave you or what they have on record.
You people are just playing with yourselves. The case is ridiculous, it will be dismissed and both Obi and Atiku will be fined a minimum of 50m for playing with judges and wasting everybody's time. I'm 100% certain. There's no way they won't pay fine
Bold 1: If the academic records they submitted are different from the ones given to INEC then he has confirmed that he submitted fake certificates to INEC. If they are the same, then he has not provided any evidence against the records being used against him by the petitioners. Either way he is gone.

Bold 2: Stop spreading falsehood. IREV image is not photocopy. It's in Jpeg format. If those blurry images are CTCs from INEC then you have no excuse. Even on the IREV server they are blurred. I am sure you haven't taken time to view it. Also on that server you see pictures of for example someone having his bath instead of a result sheet. That's gross noncompliance. Those poorly presented images are the form EC8s that were manipulated in favour of TInubu. 18000+. Those would be deducted from Tinubu and added to Obi.

In addition, you guys have not told us the nature of the glitch. Is it wayo glitch? AWS have already stated that their servers were 100% on the very day all over the world.

1) the apex court has stated clearly that only the makers of a document can authenticate its genuineness or otherwise.the petitioners failed to call the issuing agencies which killed the prayer.see dantiye vs adamu supra, see edevbie vs sheriff 2022 supra.

2) irev is an online copy.regulation 93 of inec guidelines specifically said irev can only be used in the absence of hardcopies.apc in osun got ctc of accreditation data from inec server which is supposed to be same as the one from bvas.the apex court said apc should have produced the bvas and extracted directly from it and that any data from inec server is unreliable, third hand and that pdp shouldn't ihave bothered to defend.it simply implies that irev data is also third hand as being a product of inec server.obi should have used manual forms instead of irev.he should have compared to see for certain if the hardcopies are also blurred.in court, assumptions and speculations are untenable.you must be sure.the poor quality of bvas camera, bad snapping posture, weather, even network issues can make the bvas blurry.presiding officers posting their personal photo should tell you that it was more of human error.the adhoc staffs that testified clearly said issues only came up during upload and that manual copies were intact without righing but they still manually got the results to collation centre which means obi should have depended on manual copies.according to the electoral act,the purpose of those transmitted copies is for verification and comparison at collation centres.it never mentioned IREV.obi should have called collation agents to testify that transmitted copies weren't used.
Obi is not saying tinubu votes alone should be cancelled in those 18000 sheets as he failed to prove if it was recorded or not for anybody and how many votes were from there.the votes of all the parties will be cancelled rather.unfortunately obi should have recounted the votes minus the 18000 units and then tell the court the final figures.the court will not do anything about it.in imo, uzodinma matched his results with that of police.

3) inec ict director proved that there was a local glitch within inec which AWS wasn't aware of.moreover, the AWS witness agreed that it is possible for inec to experience glitch without AWS knowing if the server isn't connected.

You made good points but lack specific important information.
1. You are right about getting CTCs from the original source to stand as evidence. But may be you didn't know that the petitioners subpoena the school and obtained certified true copies of the originals. This was done by PDP.

2. You mentioned INEC guidelines specifically on IREV. I have posted a screenshot of the INEC guideline detailing the purpose of the IREV. No need for much talk.

You are also right to say that the hard copies of the results/BVAS extractions are the primary sources of evidence. But may be you didn't know that LP had a court order from the PEPC instructing INEC to allow them access the BVAS for the original results. INEC refused and instead promised on oath to backup the data on their backend server, with the excuse of reconfiguring the BVAS for governorship election.

Please note that it was those backup data was was issued to LP and PO to prove their case. It was those backup data that came out blurred in 18000 pu.

Funny enough, the BVAS data for FCT was also deleted while there was no need to. This was also proven in court. INEC could not defend any of these. No evidence, no witness, nothing. They are corrupt and will pay for it. Someone will go to jail for destroying sensitive national information.

That said, without any evidence, the PEPC will simply rely on any result presented by the LP. It's that simple. That's what happened with Hope Uzodinma. He brought 350k ballot papers from three LGAs and the court accepted without even bothering to count.

3. The ICT director for INEC said the IREV was tested and remediation was carried out on the 4th of Feb. He was asked if the IREV was vulnerable, he said no. When asked about the nature of the glitch, he refused to answer. (Showing it was human, some fool went to block the presidential result upload). Which explains why up till now, no one from INEC has come out to say exactly what happened. That's because if they do, it would be investigated using forensic analysis. Nothing can be hidden in the world of technology.

I assume you have not been following the PEPC from in-house sources. News media like TVC or Nations newspaper will always give bias reportage of the case.

you are likely a kid so I won't waste time on you. Enjoy your delusion. In few months time you will be here to cry that the judiciary is corrupt or that Igbos are hated instead of using your brain.
Imagine not knowing what "synonymous to photocopies" is yet you are trying to convince yourself with your own hallucinations

From your first paragraph, you have proven why we can't depend on IREV. INEC staff are trained to take pictures but for whatever reason, deliberate or not, the pictures might not turn out well. How many times have you taken pictures where the sun has interfered?

That INEC got that high a percentage of images sent back to IREV is incredible, to me at least, that a lot of the images were nonsense is not a surprise. Have you being to a polling unit when they are collating results, it is complete madness with shouting and all sorts of nonsense going on.

Per the nature of the glitch, it behoves the applicant to prove foul play, not the respondent to prove there wasn't any. That is why police haven't arrested you for any unsolved murders they have and asked you to prove you didn't commit them. Criminal and civil cases are different but that is the basis of law.

Finally, because AWS servers are not down doesn't mean individual applications cannot and have not crashed for whatever reason. AWS have provided a room, whether the bulb you fixed there has blown is nothing to do with them. You have your room to do what you want.

That is the reason the so called AWS expert that LP brought disgraced herself, she needed to bring proof that INEC's app was up and running, not turn up to say AWS servers were down.

Only a fool born by two useless fools that couldn't use condoms will believe a tribunal can send someone to prison. I'm not surprise at this useless question because I already know the region in Nigeria where two useless fools keep spreading foolish children everywhere.

1) the subpoena was to give documents not to testify about the authenticity of documents.by virtue of recent apex court rulings edevbie vs sheriff 2022,only the isduer can authenticate the document.pdp should have called CSU and nysc to authenticate.that prayer is dead...

2) in osun, apc were issued ctc of bvas data from inec server yet it was called third hand evidence by the apex court.it is unfortunate that bvas data was deleted during reconfiguration but there's nothing the court can do.irev copies remains third hand and unreliable.if obi feels what was uploaded was false, then depend on the manual which he failed to.
No one will go to prison via tribunal.it is in the place of the petitioners to show how the deleted accreditation figures affected the results and the final outcome.by the way, these affects obi since he won fct.

3) the inec director clearly showed evidence that there was localized glitch.whether it was from inec, human or animal is immaterial.it is in the place of obi to prove that the glitches was from inec or apc and also demonstrate how it affected the elections unit by unit which he failed to.he should have done the forensic analysis since not making noise on media

That can only happen in place where the rule of law is working, not Nigeria where the law is for the poor.

You just fine-tuning your points to suit yourself.

1. What other authentication do you need from a certified true copy issued by an organisation? In such cases you don't need a witness.

2. So the backend server that hosts the BVAS results data is useless? For your information, it has become the primary evidence because that's where INEC said they will store the BVAS data. INEC has also issued CTCs to parties. Why am I wasting time on this?

3. So it is LP and PDP that will explain what caused the so called glitch and not INEC. Ok.

I am speaking from the position of the law and case laws, you are just using common sense.i repeat that the supreme court has ruled that only the issuing institution can deny a document or prove forgery.i cited rulings.commonsense demands that you consult and verify the citations instead of yapping.are you bigger than the supreme court? Who are you? Didn't you see how nysc came to testify against Enugu gov?

The apex court has clearly demoted irev data in favour of polling unit based sources.the apex court has settled this case, other courts will simply follow.

Lp is the one alleging that there is no glitch.therefore they will prove that there was a glitch beyond that and also show how it affected the final outcome in specific details.it seems you do not realize how heavy the burden is on lp.this case is as dead as dodo

With the evidence before the court, if the tribunal found out that Mr Tinubu had actually committed forgery, perjury, rigging and bribery of INEC officials before 2023 presidential election, can Tinubu be sent to jail? Knowing fully well that all these offences are punishable by law under the Nigeria constitution.

At what point in the case was the issue of Tinubu rigging or bribing any inec official raised that he will be found guilty on it.

You people live in another planet, where wishful thinking had become your truth and any logics not in line with your wish has been fully suspended.
