The problem of this country is not the executive arm of the government nor who the president is; but it is, in fact, the legislative arm of the government. If the legislative arm fulfills its responsibilities by properly carrying out its job, the executive arm will fix up, sit up, address and resolve issues effectively.

Who will approve salary nd allowances of the judiciary...?? Is it not the executive and the law makers?? Thats is the loop hole the executives and law makers are exploiting.....The 3 are all interwoven

.. the executive has successfully plunged the nation into poverty making it easy to control few pple that can resist their excesses with bribe......

Nigerians are just very unfortunate to have a 3 arm of goverment thats in bed with each other against the massess.....

Nigeria can never be great..I am not pessimist

...i am just stating facts....and the fact is the operation of the system of goverment of nigeria is seamlesly rigged against the masses.

I strongly disagree with you! The problem of this country is the people, who vote in people who they know are incompetent just because they are from thier region! The stupid masses keep mute while these useless politicians steal the country blind!

This money will be looted and crumbs will be given to some persons who will come here to defend the looters!

See the rate with which this money was approved. Almost immediately. Why? Because it's going to be an extra cadg out for the privileged.
We urgently needs God's mercy on this country.

Assuming 230 million Nigerians, the 500 billion translates to N2,173.91 per person.

Using the figure we all know, that is, 200 million Nigerians, the 500 billion translates to N2,500.00 per head.

So fuel subsidy was removed and replaced with inflation subsidy, another scheme to recoup their election expenses first, and then to make humongous profits, at the expense of the blood of Nigerians

There is no way 5% of Nigerians will benefit from this money. Tinubu have started mopping up some of his bribery and camping money. Talk of palliative in this stage of Nigeria is useless. Is palliative more important to Constan power supply, pipe borne water, good and affordable health care, good road network, security for all ? I don't even want to add unemployment yet. How about monumental looting in the government? Mtchew. The mention of these rubbish palliative is an insult to the entire Nigerian masses.

Honestly, we would borrow to fund this one.

Honestly, even if we cut government money by 90%, Nigeria does not have enough money. We face some years of belt tightening before it even gets better because for centurion years we have not been a nation of producers, just a country that relies on oyel, and expects oyel to be somehow sufficent for all of us.

What are they saying, do we even recognize the concept called palliative in Nigeria? Just tell us that the government want to borrow and share simple.
