I read of a doctor in Rural Ebonyi that made his own makeshift blood filter/blood recirculating machine for recirculating blood that should have been lost back into the patient body during surgery. very rudimentary contraption, but guess what, it worked and saved a lot of lives.

How can she blame a government that left power about 45 days for lack of power and water in the facility. These are services that can be fixed without much hassle my brother. To say a 3 storey building is not fit for human use is like saying it will collapse in no time. Am not taking sides here cos I have no stake at all. I am for accountability but it should not be witch hunting

I listened to this commissioner last night on Sun FM,Aba. I was soooo disappointed. A rable rouser. Contradictory. In one breath she said the ministry of work was yet to ascertain if the building or hospital is fit for use, in another she said the hospital was unfit for human use! And I ask ,on what grounds did she base her assertion?As a building engineer ?Heard her say it was a team of Doctors who went on d facility inspection with her that were pointing out the defects. Imagine. She lacked the finesse of a commissioner! She was laughing uncontrollably.
I pray she doesn't grant an interview with Segun Akinbaloye (?) of Channels TV. She'll fumble big time.
