Did you not see where the health commissioner lucidly stated that hospital wards were being flooded and walls were being soaked? What else can be responsible for those outcomes if not bad internal plumbing systems? What level of intelligence is required for a State Governor to know that in a nation with epileptic electricity supply, you have to ensure light availability by making provisions for industrial generators? Did you not do intergrated science back in Junior secondary school for you to know what proper ventilation should be like? Especially in a health facility?

Both the new government and Ikpeazu are crooks. Ikpeazu chose to build a new hospital instead of repair the existing ones. Why? Because it's easier for him to embezzle. The new government is trying to condemn Ikpeazu's new hospital just so that they'll have an excuse to build their own and embezzle funds.

I did nysc there in the mid 90s at aba. It was so bad, that a major road just as you have Allen Avenue at ileja, you will drive half way, park you car and walk a cross to the other side. The road was slit in two! That was the only place the had refuse as high as a mountain close to the ph Expressway.
