Before Ikpeazu came on board, there was no single road in the entire Aba and almost all parts of Abia State you can ride for 2mins without terrible potholes. I mean everything I typed here. Today we can count some roads you can ride from start to finish without a pothole. His major failure in road infrastructure was poor quality work done by contractors, however, some of the roads are still okay. There was no single street light in Aba, today some roads have very functional street. I am not praising him, but putting the record straight that he performed beyond average based on Nigeria standard. Ikpeazu did far better than many governors people praised here on nairaland.

Who builds a house without first running the proper internal plumbing system to ensure adequate water availability through out the structure?
