Someone's asked how possible is it for someone who stole $80m to obtain citizenship from 3 countries within a year, and I responded to him that with that amount of money, it's very possible.

Whether the story is legit or not, it's not in my place to say. My own is that, with $80m... There are just a few countries on earth you won't be able to obtain a citizenship within 3 months.
