There is a well orchestrated effort to push Tinubu out of government. I see no reason for this nonsense. Tinubu did not need to keep this guy in office. Just flush them out, all of them, |

So very soon Nigerians can't pay for fuel since the crude which God gave to them is dollarized ( currency of another country) but at the same time the Naira is devalued . Many stupid people in APC . It is well. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Very stupid statement, so marketers also have a say on NNPC fuel ⛽️ station? Why did NNPC also follow suit when the price was increased, rubbish |

Acekidc4: I hope you are being sarcastic. Because if you are not, then you need to explain to me who removed petrol subsidy without one litre of petrol being produced in Nigeria. As long as we rely on importation for our fuel supply, the demand for dollars to buy this same fuel will increase, which in turn will put upwards pressure on the Naira, which will further push up the price of petrol. We have been on that merry go round since the 80s when petrol was less than N10. Only a madman keeps doing the same thing and expects a different result. A wise government would have made sure local refineries are working before removing subsidy. That way we can determine the price of petrol and hence the value of the Naira. Floating the Naira and at the same time relying on importation of fuel is economic suicide. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Acekidc4:See you. How much is dollar today...do you care to know? There is no way a USD would exchange for 830 naira and you expect petrol to still sell at 490/500 naira which was the price at which we bought fuel per liter the moment we started to buy usd at 645 naira to 1 dollar at the I and E window. |

A liter of fuel will eventually go above $1 while the minimum wage income remains same. Do these people actually think about life after all this? Everyone in charge is after his or her own profit and gain, no one considers the lives of over 200 million people. No checks and balances. You have one party controlling the senate, the judiciary and the government. Of course none of them will be motivated to sit up, cos they are sure of always being rewarded whether they work or not. You vote out of sentiments and tribe amid a dying population. You’ll have to answer to the future generation and your children’s children how you decided to ruin their future all for a short at saying, that terrible ruler in the past was my kinsman. |
