THE POWER OF FREEWIL

God almighty does not compel people to choose a particular option. Instead, He allows them to use their freewill to make choices. Although, He wants people to choose 'good' but they're also at liberty to choose 'bad'. However, there's a caveat; whoever chooses bad should be prepared to face the consequences.

The children of Israel chose Saul over God as their king. From the time they took that momentous decision, they carried their cross all by themselves: God retreated and had to watch them from afar. This is what happens when people make a wrong choice.
