Oga Fayose, pls,leave that to DSS- as they can't allow the Emefiele to go into the Correctional Centre,before arresting him but they ought to Re- Arrest him with New Evidence,so as not to by-pass the Court! There is no way the accused goes into the Centre and DSS will get order again to arrest but DSS should be orderly in their conduct,
This is not the first time of re-arresting those who commit crimes,where there is a new evidence and DSS should put all their evidences together- for in Law Courts,it's a different ball games entirely!

My own submission in this matter is that the prison officers are overzealous , and sabisabi ,and the matter have not come to their own table (prison ofice) even if the court said he should be remanded in prison custody the prison officers should have waited at their correctional center for the DSS to carry out the order of the court "directing he Emefile, should be remanded in prison custody"

U wrong mate. There is a term called reasonable grounds. If such exists he can be re arrested. Then his lawyers will take it from there. Law is Law, they abuse is? Yes

All those dss officials involved in that show of shame yesterday, should be rounded up and tried for contempt of Court ex- facie.
If I were the CJN I would have instructed that all Court in the Country be shut down untill every lawful Order of Courts from the lowest Court to the highest Court, ever made be complied with by all Agencies of Government going forward. We can't continue like this.
I'm not a fan of Emefiele & can never be, but I rather will stand on the side of law & it rules.

This is not a matter of PDP and APC this is about our democracy. Let's call a spade a spade

Even though I may not be speaking for either DSS or NCS, but the truth remains that there are procedures for handing and taking over of suspects between Govt agencies. If the Court has ordered that Emefiele be taken to prison Custody, then the NCS and DSS personnel whom I think are officers basic knowledge of their respective operational procedures and legal framework should have known that there is need for official transfer of suspect from DSS to NCS as in this case wherein, detention order, history of Emefiele's health status, diet and personal effects while in DSS custody should be brougth along with him and well received and documented by NCS, his new abode. Somebody was overzealous among the two agencies and should be punished to serve as deterrent to others and stop this form of unhealthy rivalry in future.
