Where those one's wan go if not to rush and collect bribe... We all know that Police hardly chase something that they don't have personal gain on.

It's depend...
If its Nigeria... the other three road and their users will be blockand prevented from moving for like 30 mins then president motorcade will go first then after 30mins later the road can be free for others to use.

Are you being serious?? Presidential car first !!!. Presidential car should wait. It’ll be that last.

Let’s assume this is an emergency situation.

1. Ambulance: The paramedics might be on their way to save a cardiac patient etc
2. Fire truck: On their way to save people trapped in a burning building.
3. Police: On their way to a venue of robbery/gun/violent attack etc.
Then the president.
