If you have been suffering from skin infections and have tried all kinds of creams and drugs,  I would like to advice that you use lotion or cream that contains Povidone- Iodine. I found it to be very effective for all kinds of skin infections. You will be glad  you did. |

@op what's the spectrum of povidone-iodine? i.e virus, bacteria, fungi? And what other brand can one get it as, apart from nova sept, in lagos? |

It is broad spectrum i.e anti - viral, anti- fungal and anti - bacterial. Other brand in the market is called Wosan but it contains 5% povidone - iodine. |
