ignore that troll lexy2014. He has nothing reasonable than to keep asking unending questions

can you assist him in answering the questions?

how did you come by the information that PH refinery is 90% complete?

did you inspect the refinery?

how do you know that "the major infrastructures are ready"?

so kindly answer the following questions.

how did you come by the information that PH refinery is 90% complete?

did you inspect the refinery?

how do you know that "the major infrastructures are ready"?
Good
Still find out what NDA means

Now as an investigative journalist, stroll to kilimanjaro, refinery junction, ask those security men about refinery equipments, let them tell you the kind of equipment they have seen heading to refinery. Take a stroll to refinery gate by 7am, count the number of workers entering that facility, ask one of them how far

No my fellow obedient. I have friends that worked/work there.

Its over 80% complete at the moment.

Notwithstanding, The final cost of the end products that comes out of it would determine my ratings of it's success

Also if never made any sense to remove the subsidy before alternative were put in place.
Except of Tinubu wanted us to get used to sufferings of 600naira/Litre before rescuing/healing us with a little less cost(like 400naira/litre) from our refineries.

Next December is 4 months away.

Tinubu may be promising for December 2027 for Portharcourt refinery to start working. Like promising renewed hope - empty promise.

His minions told us that Dangote refinery will begin operation in July, we are in August Dangote refinery is yet to refine a drop of PMS

Why should guys not ever get tired of spreading insults and hate, chaos and anarchy just because one candidate loss election, or is it manhood? Anyway, Nigeria will definitely triumph whether Satan likes it or not. The Labour unions have already shown partiality by siding with one party against the other during the last general elections, so whatever shenanigans' they bring up now cannot work. Nigerians voted for the current administration and they are ready to offer their support to ensure the success of the government. That is the truth of the matter because labour itself has not offered any alternative to resolve the subsidy and foreign exchange scam which the government is bold enough to have removed. They are rather looking for sinister means to drag the government down, which is evidently bound to fail.

That's where you got is wrong
TAM has been on for over one year now. I don't want to be specific. Those equipment that needed replacement have come in before elections.
It's easy to enter phrc when it is operational than to enter now, why? Because government only want you to know what they tell you

Are we talking about the same PHC refinery at Alesa Eleme, with two facilities? Where the first facility that refines about 60,000 barrels per day has been sitting moribund for over a decade under Ahmed Dikko.. grin?

Even the second facility that was built in the late 80s with the 150,000 barrels refining capacity equally went out of order before Yaradua took over governance and that TAM has always been touted since forever. Buhari's government appropriated budgetary allocations for that purpose, equipments were procured and no work has been done anywhere in both facilities. Only reason access is being limited there is to prevent loss of those equipments.

Nothing tangible has been going on there my guy grin!

Please don't let us be scammed by Mele, the liar, at what capacity is it going to function, because even if it produces below 10,000 barren of crude per day, they will claim it has resume work.

how does LP siding with one party negate what they are asking for?

which nigerians are "ready to offer their support to ensure the success of the government@?

which support from nigerians does this government need to succeed?

what alternative should labour profer?

what alternative did Tinubu profer when he protested against jonathan in 2012?

what is the scam in the subsidy and foreign exchange that you laimed the government removed?

who were those perpetrating the scam?

can you name them?

When last did you gain entrance into the refinery within the last 8months? And if you lie, I will ask you the description of the gate you entered through. Now if you don't enter the refinery, you won't know the level of works going on because you can't see anything from outside

I don't need to take a stroll because I can enter the refinery anyway anytime. Am just giving you a solution to cure your ignorance because nobody will allow you inside.

There's obviously no end in site. i guess in January 2024, the headlines would be, ''Tankers driver threaten to shutdown over poor state of road to PH Refinery''.

No essence to these arguments my guy grin.

I'll contact my friend and have him send me real-time photos of the situation of things in that refinery, once his offshore vessel berths at the Onne Port between now and Tuesday next week.

Make we no stress ourselves.

Which refinery is 90% ready PHRC,?, lol, as im typing now, im still reviewing drawing of some vessels we needed to fabricate to ASME VIII 1962 Edition by PROCON SPEC 204 REV6 for glycol regenerator , nozzles and a lot of other pressure vessels and you are there talking about completion in December.

This is not rocket science o, Dangote that told the people he will resume last month i hope you have bought fuel at IBEJU.

Lets hope of 1st or 2nd quarter of 2024.
Re: Port Harcourt Refinery To Commence Operations December — Tinubu by Mosba: 11:26am On Aug 03, 2023
I'm holding Tinubu to his words on this. If this refinery failed to start full operation by that December, then Tinubu to me will be another Buhari who commissioned a window dress refinery meant to secure petroleum import license by that capitalist Dote man.

Same way Dangote refinery was ready by ending of June 2023. Na God go disgrace all these corrupt presidents one day
