Truth is those beautiful round about with the green carpet grass,(Brass Junction, leading to Faulks road,renamed Sam Mbakwe road by Okezie Ikpeazu),and the green road dividers were and some of the tarred roads there were constructed under Governor Okezie Ikpeazu's administration.
Otti is working hard as well. He has replaced the waste collection bins with newer ones,blue in colour. He's really doing well, sanitation wise. He's also amending some of the roads constructed by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu. Ndi Abia are happy with his administration.

Once the government have efficient system of evacuation from the collection points, problem solved. This will not be the same with yoruba brown roofs that has it's roots in poverty among the people and will take several centuries to correct
