If Tinubu truly wanted Senate approval, y'all think this marshmallow Senate would defy him? You guys still don't understand how politics work, you think Buhari would advice him to attack Niger? I laugh in Swahili.......As Ecowas Chairman he has done what needs to be done, not only will Nigeria preserve its dignity but more foreign assistance could be coming since this could be used to label Niger as a terrorist country and Nigeria needs to protect its borders. The foolish thing to do would be to attack when Nigeria gains absolutely nothing in return!

wink wink....

The best news I've received today. I've always maintained that those who oppose Tinubu's presidency are the most intelligent people in Nigeria.

Let's deal with our hoard of domestic problems.

Lol!

I told Ebola boys that Tinubu’s request for Military Action in Niger would be thrashed like a used sanitary pad by Senate but they were busy foaming from their mouth rather than listening to my logical analysis.

For anything to get approved at the senate, you 2/3 of the senators to support it. Numerically that’s 73.

Now, APC are just 59 senators.

Opposition senators are 50. All of them would be against the request by default.

Amongst the 59 senators of APC, majority of them are northerners and their stakeholders have told them not to support any military action in Niger because na north go suffer am pass. This made them issue a statement to that effect last night.

So, add 50 opposition senators to about 20 APC senators from the north and you have about 70 senators against the request which would kill the request completely.

But somehow, Ebola boys disagreed with me.

They thought the Nigerian senate is MC Oluomo that the urine dispenser will issue instructions and the illiterate will carry it out with the speed of light without questioning.

The truth is that Tinubu should have just concentrated on wanking Remi’s wrinkled kitten than insulting himself this way all in the name of answering president.

Master strategist is turning out olodo strategist.

Nigerians 1 v 0 Ebola and his herd of tribalists.
You forget that Tinubu has the power to override the Senate

Why does Tinubu want to destabilise the whole region??

Very simple..... To send a message to Nigerian military, not to think of planning a coup in Nigeria........

Na strategy bro cool

Does Tinubu look like someone who is interest in confronting Niger militarily?

He is the ECOWAS leader. The letter to the senate is just for him to make ECOWAS member states, Buhari, France and UK see that he made attempts.

Now, no super power will blame Nigeria or him for not protecting their interest.

Even a new born baby knows the senate will reject the prayer 7 of his request.

Underate Tinubu's Political sagacity at your own peril. Nigga is the real Maradona reason why we never wanted him in Aso-Rock. You can't set a trap for him.

Even the great PO knows him in and out, reason why he purposely left out election result and seeking out cancellation of his candidacy.

Don’t mind them. It’s all about wisdom. Making effort and rejected by your senators is act of sportsmanship. Guy you really understand leadership

THE MUCH-MALIGNED SENATE HAS ACTED IN THE NATION'S INTEREST.

NIGERIANS ARE OPPOSED TO ANY ILL-TIMED WAR.

My concern is, where is Nigeria going to get money to fight in Niger. A government that claimed there is no money pay continue all social services like fuel subsidy, education, health care, good roads etc, suddenly plan a war, where is the money to prosecute will come from, even if we have saved money from social services Withdrawer, then we should use it for war.

The Senate has spoken.

Now Niger has shot herself on the foot, by offending ECOWAS with her rhetorics, she will now have to face France and US alone without a united ECOWAS front.

The best thing for Niger is to reel out an Apology and seek for support for what is to come. Nigeria Army should enforce border closure with Niger, cos pop corn is almost ready.

Remember that you folks swore on the unmarked graves of your fathers that Tinubu would not obtain his party's nomination, that Buhari would not join him on the campaign trail, that he would not win the election, that he would not be inaugurated on 29th May, because he would be arrested, that he wouldn't last 20 days in office because of ill heath? Shows that you're purblind prophets who couldn't see beyond their noses! Your prophecies have counted for nothing thus far, so shall it count for nothing going forward. By the time Tinubu completes his constitutional two terms, Nigerians I'll be so happy with him that they'll urge him to continue in office, but he'll decline because Tinubu is a Confirmed Patriot. That's the real McCoy, that's the genuine PROPHECY.

The senators made the right decision. Nigeria should focus on our internal affair
But will NA members be able to resist when bribed big time, coerced and threatened?

Will Akpabio fear for his position? Tinubu does not condone being openly opposed. If you can't do his bid when he puts you in a position, you are toast. Oyegun is an example.

Unless Tinubu planned it all along, to see the request rejected by NA so that ECOWAS and other Pro-Bazoun world leaders can't blame Tinubu anymore,

Tinubu actually thinks governing Nigeria is like governing Lagos. Lol. See how the northern senators trashed him.

The northerners are in the majority everywhere.

Even if Tinubu unilaterally declare a war on Niger, the northerners are the majority in the army and they will sabotage him.

The northerners are very good in uniting and fight for a common interest while the foolish Southerners are busy pulling down each other.
