EX-GOVERNOR OF EDO STATE, SENATOR ADAMS OSHIOMOLE IS THE CAUSE OF ALL THIS POLITICAL CONFUSION IN EDO STATE.

He started a fight with the current governor of Edo state, Mr Godwin Obaseki.

The consequences of this crisis instigated by Ex-governor Oshiomole led to a situation where Edo state had to loose out of the ruling party at the federal level.

Mr Oshiomole wanted Obaseki to loose at all cost his governorship position just because of political differences.

Oshiomole forgot the POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES and its fall out as it affects the ECONOMIC WELLBEING and future of Edo state.

He was POWER DRUNK and carried away by APC NATIONAL CHAIRMAN POSITION which he himself lost out in no time when Buhari got tired of him.

Oshiomole lack of PIPEING LOW put Edo state political landscape in a difficult stage.

Another angle to the Edo state power sharing is that it is the Edo central zone that is supposed to produce the governor.

It is not Edo North which the present Deputy governor Mr Philip Shuabu comes from and he is aspiring to the office of governor.

Governor Obaseki is sensing the fact that since Oshiomole APC won the federal centre and with Oshiomole being a federal Senator aligned to President Tinubu.

It will not be fair for Edo South ( Binis ) to loose the coming governor position.

There is the thinking among the Binis that they still want to hold on to power as governor as Edo North can get all the money they want from President Tinubu at the federal level with Oshiomole connection.

Edo South feel it would be a political suicide to give power to Edo North that is even not the legit people to have it having Edo North themselves build a bridge to the federal APC centre under the government of Bola Ahmed Tinubu using Senator Oshiomole connection.

I think governor Obaseki feel comfortable suspending the zoning arrangement for the time being just because of the OSHIOMOLE FACTOR.
