You would have kept quiet and not open your mouth to cause this embarrassment for you. Nigeria - European flights pass through Niger Airspace. As that airspace is shut, it becomes a longer path and journey to travel bypassing Niger Airspw. This will increase transportation /flight cost. That's the simple mathematics. Just like when Lokoja was flooded and you needed to go to Abuja from Lagos. Taking any other route apart from Lokoja to Abuja from Lagos, increase the fuel burnt and hrs spent on the journey. This increases tfare for passengers
