My brothers and sisters go back to work . Our leaders and their families don't use Nigerian hospitals. They wouldn't mind if you do your strike forever. For the sake of ordinary Nigerians, go back to work.
which work do u want them to go back? if u dont know anything about health, better keep shut. Una tink say heslth sector na those selling agbo jedi jedi?
Doctors are really over stressing in dis country. whenever u see some prescrition and dosage from some doctors, u would agree with them to go on strike, sometimes they will prescribe adult dose to a minor, all bcs of over working

[quote author=clinician2x post=125006748]I don't even know why you'll be a doctor and you're here in Nigeria protesting when you can easily go to USA or Canada.

E sure me say God created a large number of brainless idiots, put them in black skin and throw them to Nigeria.

If u manage to make something meaningful out of yourself, develop your brains to the point of being a doctor, pls for ur own good, leave Nigeria. Leave these idiots and go to a saner clime. [/quot

I'm not sure you know the process

They should simply cancel Resident doctors scheme

It's cheap labour and exploitation of rookie doctors

We have enough qualified doctors than using student doctors on patient as practice

.
your ignorance is bliss..

Who are the qualified doctors?

They should cancel resident doctors scheme so there wont be qualified specialist doctors in Nigeria hospitals.

Pls understand the terminologies before commenting..

Lagos State's healthcare landscape is changing fast! But is it for better or worse?

The Lagos State government introduced Ilera Eko, a health insurance scheme that aims to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for all. However, it doesn't end there. Following a directive from the Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA), all Private HMOs are to enrol their clients in the state's social health insurance scheme. This is in line with the scheme's primary goal of replacing private HMO plans in Lagos.

While the exact collaboration dynamics between Private HMOs and LASHMA remain unclear, the move emphasizes the state's commitment to ensuring holistic healthcare coverage.

Looking at the broader perspective, how does Ilera Eko impact employers in Lagos? What does it mean for employees who depend on their company's health insurance plans?
