You don't have to TOTALLY agree aunty aladire. But it is a fact that many effeminate men have a better chance of getting a job in the corporate world.
A typical feminist recruiter/interviewer would prefer to employ an effeminate man over the more masculine male applicants because she can control them. I have a first hand experience.
