Face reality, many good and high moral standing people exist all over the world irrespective of their religious inclination or affiliation and many people are terrible and debased based on their religious affiliation and inclination.

Manipulation, all Jehovah’s witnesses are not taught the same thing therefore application differs. Elders are meant to keep confidential matters and have separate manuals to operate the kingdom halls they preside over. Pioneers, publishers don't have the same access, rather they should be INFORMANT about the dealings of fellow members. Your elders and miniserial servants go to schools that publishers don't have access to. So how are they learning same thing?
