No Govt is giving approval fr such land, they use backdoor and connection to build wrongly.

Of course, Abuja does have a master plan, only if u own a piece u wld know it better.

Don't use strong head to buy a land and invest on it if u aren't ready to leave once Govt changes.

FCDA will show you and then help you to verify about the land, whether it's on the right plan or not, but people choose to buy without verification.
