With my past experience working with this politicians , the only reason those chairmen are in that show of shame is to secure their daily meal and their share of the national cake not for the interest of their offices or the people they're to lead . We are lost in the hand of selfish and greedy polithieftian .

Why withholding LG funds or how do want people to benefit from local government projects

This is one of the biggest hypocrisy of the Igbo tribe. A foolish soul like this will malign n insult the governor of Ogun state who as LG chairman but celebrate n praise a Pandora criminal like Peter Obi who never conducted LG election talk more of having LG chairmen meaning he can loot their money without being questioned.

When you point out this hypocrisy of the Igbo
to show them bigotry hate n foolishness as ruined the life of every Igbo exhibiting such tendencies as this writer they'll tag tribalistic n haters

Now the alleged criminal fugitive running from his dirty past in the US will gloat over all of them as a demi-god. Pronto! The lone ranger puritist LGA chair will be confined to the dustbin of political history like Jubril of the infamous 2019 budget padding scandal.

All this prostrating and begging is not addressing the main issue: did the governor remit the funds meant for the local governments or not?

Why do federal government keep paying money meant for the local governments to state governors instead of paying directly to the local governments when we all know state governors all over the country tend to sit on those funds? How come no body is dragging this matter up to the supreme court?

This is a common relationship between governors and LG chairmen across the southern parts of the country. I do not know if it is the same in the North but for South, most LG are directly under the state governors.

Many states do not even hold elections until few weeks to handover, even then the new guy will come and disband all of the newly elected LG chairmen and wait for a few weeks to his own handover to also do elections

How To Identify And Differentiate A Yoruba Name Or A Yoruba Person From Other Nigerians.

This guide will help non-Nigerian to different Yoruba from other Nigerian.

Quick one:
A. A Yoruba name does not have 'Ch', 'Kw' written in it.
B. You rarely will find two (non nasal) consonant written together except for 'Gb' which is very common.
C. A Yoruba name or word does not begin with the letter 'U'
D. There are no Q, C, Z, X, and V alphabets in Yoruba words so you will not see them in a Yoruba name.

## On Nigeria Passport, ''Place of birth" of most Yoruba people are located in these state: Oyo state, Lagos State, Ogun state, Ondo State, Kwara state, Osun state, Ekiti state, Kogi state and Edo state (All south west state). If you search on google. e.g Ibadan (my place of birth) is located in Oyo state.
## Most Yoruba persons are respectful.
## Most Yoruba people are civil. Their engagement are mostly intellectually.
## Although, Yoruba people are very spiritual, you will rarely see a Yoruba person as religion extremist.
## Most young Yoruba are Hardworking, Tech savvy, honest and trust worthy. They are Omoluabi.
## A Yoruba person is not boastful.
## Most Yoruba person are contented.
## Most Yoruba are easygoing
## Few of the elderly Yoruba people have tribal mark on their faces.

Tori bi omo o ba daran la se n fun l'oruko. Those non-Yoruba people who are well determined to spoil Nigeria name both within and outside the country (in the name name of being a Nigerian) should be easily differentiated from Yoruba.

Our governors are emperors, there's no semblance of democracy in the states, the executive control the house of assembly, what the President can't do to the governors is what the governors are doing to the LG chairmen

Elected Chairmen o, as in people elected into offices like the Governor himself.

Not caretaker chairmen o.

The Governor should be embarrassed by the video. This portrays him in bad light, as an emperor the governors have always been accused to be.

The show of shame again justifies the need for LG Autonomy.

So you all now agree that Nigeria is not a proper democracy but a feudal state struggling to become a monarchy. That is the path all Africans have decided to take until a junta gunshot shakes everyone awake.

shut up, and stop being tribalistic. I hate what the chairmen did but it is happening in all part of the country. A serving senator knelt before a formal governor of his state just for the party governorship ticket.

Not just governor's. All of Nigeria including at the centre.

Can you imagine that a former president of the United States was indicted by what is the equivalent of a state government and ordered to report to a local government courthouse and his mugshot taken in the equivalent (because there is none) of a community police station due to election offences.

And he cannot do anything because it is the law.

Abeg we have not started our democratic journey.
