spagettiluv: Which bodija? Which challenge? Which oluyole is bigger than Awka? With so many empty bushy spaces in oluyole? Oga others you mentioned are just specific areas in Ibadan. Onitsha and Awka have lots of them. I've seen aerial photos of Ibadan...except for the flyovers and roundabouts, some towns here have better housings. 2 Likes |

parkervero: There is no state in south west that is older than Owerri, Onitsha and Aba. Go and check these facts. Ibadan is not as ancient as Onitsha,in fact Onitsha was founded three hundred years before almighty Ibadan. To crown it all,Onistha was founded in 1550 that is 15th century ago while ibadan was founded in 1829 check the difference. Owerri was founded in around 14th century that is,older than Onitsha, while Abeokuta was founded in 1830. It also means, that Owerri is also older than Lagos with about 100years. Check ur facts well. Under developing doesn't make these places ancient as u guys often say. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Re: Ten Biggest Cities In Igboland by Nice2023(m): 10:20am On Nov 06, 2023 |
EngrKemp: Check ur facts well, the first Anglican church also known as Ebube Niger in Onitsha was founded in 1857 which is far older than St stephens u just mentioned. The oldest Catholic church in Nigeria is Arousa cathedral in Edo state, founded in 1517 century it located at the Obas Palace. The second oldest is St Anthony Monastery founded in 1690. That is about 16 century ago in itsekiri Delta state. Your sol called St stephens was founded in 1880. 2 Likes 2 Shares |
