What nonsense are you saying? Is irev not a collation of the results? Was it not tendered in court and shown that Obi won both states?
Anything you see on IREV is irrelevant. EC8 forms are acceptable in the election petition SC Oyetola vrs Adeleke
Let us keep listening to the judgement.

The issue of non qualification or disqualification of a candidate is a pre election matter.

Elections when conducted & results declared can not be questioned under the provision of 131 of the constitution on issues of non qualification or disqualification.

garfield1

This Court is sitting as a tribunal and not as a Court of Appeal.
The issue of nomination of the Kashim Shettima is a pre election matter and ought to have been ventilated at the Federal High Court.

The disqualification of Shettima, being a pre-election matter ought to have been ventilated at the Federal High Court before the election. It lacks merit and ought to be struck out.

PEPT don't have the jurisdiction do determine if a candidate is qualified or disqualified

Chai

Said this to some one yesterday that the tribunal will state that any pettition based on disqualifying a candidate will be thrown out and the tribunal will hinge it that that should have been concluded before the elections through a seperate pettition to a federal high court.

Summary of the judgment...

TINUBU is duly elected and won the election..

ATIKU AND OBI, should come back in 2090.....

Period..

Congratulations TINUBU and Nigerians....

Let us explain things to them gently may be they will Understand better

Ok

same way you voted for Peter Obi is the same way others voted for Tinubu and Atiku

Peter Obi failed to get 25 % in any Sharia Muslim States so that alone is already 12 States lost
plus the 5 SW States where he failed to get 25 % that is already 17 States lost where he didn't get the mandatory 25% National Spread.
We haven't yet added Kogi ,Kwara and others o !
Peter Obi lost!!

Even if you want to very stubbornly argue that the 5 SW States results were rigged and exclude them
( But in that case the APC will also argue for the SE results to be excluded too for the very same reason)

Then include only the 12 Sharia Muslim States where Peter Obi failed to get 25% and add Kwara and Kogi State too
That is already a total of 14 States,
Peter Obi could not afford to have 25% in less than 24 states without loosing

Peter Obi still lost the Elections!!!!!

I think the tribunal is right on this. It is a PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION tribunal so it's concern is what happened during the election not matters before or after election. Obi made a grave mistake there, he ought to have challenged Tinubu's qualifications before the election.

I hope nigerians are aware that many of the pro-tinubu accounts here are paid agents and not casual users like you and I?

These people are a coordinated propaganda group paid to try and shape and manipulate public opinions.
Look at the "likes" on their posts, you see how it majorly corresponds with the likes on the "pro obi" posts. If on any topic, a pro obi commenter makes a post and it gets 20 likes, you see that the pro-apc posts will get that very same range. 15-25 likes.
Please more people should speak up about this seeing as Seun is not tackling this adequately.

Don't let yourself be manipulated.
You're a fool, so I'm a paid agent too? grin

I thought your foolishness end in the foreign section really

Yeah. But that's not the bone of contention with that guy. The argument is whether Obi's team showed that they won in Benue and Rivers which they did.
