I don't understand how someone would believe that votes in FCT should be more valuable than votes in any other part of the country. Very unreasonable!

That's the best advise. . I am a serious Obi supporter. . But right now, Nigeria does not have the financial muscle to bear the cost of an election re-run, neither can we survive the coat of cancelling all the have been installed now for a new one. .

We (Nigeria) is on a very thin line right now financially. . Let's try and see what this man, Tinubu will do for now. .

We perch for now, dey observe. .

Obi will never get votes from the Muslim north because his 'yes daddy' viral audio was translated into Hausa language and it was spread to all the nooks and crannies of northern villages.

Doesnโ€™t the language of the judges at the PEPC show something?

They use such strong languages to dismiss petitions so much so that some of us now think they are actually defending the respondents instead.

From all Iโ€™ve seen so far, thereโ€™s an agenda thatโ€™s being pushed by these judges and soon it shall be clear.

Only a deranged, brainwashed, delusional, and blind fool will think you must win any particular state or locality to win a National election.
Simple logic will tell you that it makes no absolute sense.
Why will any place have special privileges over other parts of the country?
Unfortunately, we have too many so-called "educated" fools in this country who went through schools, but the schools did not go through them because this should not have even been a point of contention from the get-go.

This proves more that just because you can go through school and pass exams doesn't mean that you are smart or very intelligent. It simply means that you were determined, persevering, and of average IQ.
Why would anyone who graduated from a law school argue such a foolish point in a competent court of law?

p

Their language is warranted, the fact that lawyers, not just lawyers but SAN present in that group would come up with that kind of case and boldly present it in court, means they are very dull. Even me a science student knows that is ridiculous.

This Peter Obi guy funny sha!!!

How can a Territory be superior or equal to a State?

FCT is administered by the President through the FCT Minister, it has no State Assembly, no Governor......

How can people living in a Territory be a deciding factor in a Federation State.

ELECTION AND ADMINISTRATION ISSUES IN THE FCT.
โ€-----------------------------------

The use of "and" signifies a lot. Ask the English man.
One section of the
constitution says a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner.
Another section says Abuja should be treated like any other state in Nigeria in administration matters.

APC JANKARA JUDGES. THE HOLE YOU DIG WILL SWALLOW EVERYONE.

Only a daft would even argue about the 25% Abuja matter because it lacks reasoning.
Imagine someone arguing that even if a candidate wins all 36 states but earns less than 25% total votes in Abuja, then he cant be declared winner.
Those guys are truly Obidafts..
...as if Abj is the god of the nation states.

If 25% abj matters so much that it can disqualify a candidate then a candidate who only wins Abj and lost every other states can become president. Useless Obi Dattis.
