with the way the Obidients have acted, he nor anyone from the South East will ever rule this country in a long while

This statement is very true. Obi's attitude and that of his OBIDIENTS really nailed his political coffin but that is not all... Most Nigerians particularly from the Muslim north will be weary of any other IIGB0 who comes out for elections

Obi is a big fool and a greedy man , see the pains he has put Nigerians because of his selfish ambition, if he had listened to soludo he would have had a better chance with the PDP instead he broke the strength on belief that politics was a game of numbers
Politics is a game of numbers, what he did was to divide PDP numbers

PEPC Says on the 25% votes in the FCT, the interpretation of section 134 (2) A & B by the Labour Party team of Lawyers is completely "fallacious if not outrightly ludicrous"

PEPC says the use of "and" doesn't imply anything special as submitted by Peter Obi of the Labour Party. The court further adds that section 134 (2) A & B of the constitution only refers to the FCT as one of the 36 States of the federation.

With the terms the judges used in describing Peter Obi's lawyers petition, they would likely chop fine on-top.

Even 2027 is not sure for Obi if he continues to exhibit the traits of politics with bitterness, ethnicity and religion politics. He need to heal the disunity and hatred his obident followers has created. He cannot win the election with The Eastern region alone. He need all the ethics to win the election.

Does it means by next election we will be fielding candidate as a governor of FCT and not minister?

Even the church that used to be their friends, they have attacked those ones endlessly too.

2027, Peter Obi won't be able to go to those churches again.

Only a daft would even argue about the 25% Abuja matter because it lacks reasoning.
Imagine someone arguing that even if a candidate wins all 36 states but earns less than 25% total votes in Abuja, then he cant be declared winner.

Am tired of their daftness. What they are exhibiting is witchcraft

Doesn’t the language of the judges at the PEPC show something?

They use such strong languages to dismiss petitions so much so that some of us now think they are actually defending the respondents instead.

From all I’ve seen so far, there’s an agenda that’s being pushed by these judges and soon it shall be clear.

The courts are not for the daft

This Obi and Obi supporters are really idiots. Tribunal has told them so. What makes them think Abuja voters are special voters? Votes in Abuja more important than any other states votes Absolute IDIOTS

The president doubles as governor of the FCT. That's why he's required to get 25% of votes in Abuja before proclaimed winner.
Continue with curses. You are cursing the framers of the constitution because of Jankara judges earlier appointed to office by the APC.
With Tinubu as president, you have more curses to render.
Already, APC has made you belong to the country described as official capital of the world.
Scramble for your kinsmen or religious faith to control the proceeds from crude oil in the Niger delta, that's why you scream and want a man like Tinubu with every skeleton in his cupboard as your president.

If 25% votes in Abuja is that weighty, then there is no point wasting Billions to conduct elections across the country.

INEC go just conduct elections in Abuja and let the votes of those special humans living there decide the fate of we the lesser humans in other states 🙄

Idiots cannot comprehend what you posted. Try and break it down to their level

The petition is vague, and an insult to intelligence.

What makes the voters in FCT distinct to the extent of determining who becomes the president of Nigeria.

Obi is a fool, religion and tribal bigot, an IPOB terrorist and a failure. God bless patriotic Nigerians that rejected him and his IPOB terrorists that suddenly developed love for Nigeria after calling the country zoo.

Dey play... We FCT residents are special should be enjoying the following

1. Double or even triple salaries
2. Govt. should never tax us
3. Our girlfriends should never ask us for money
4. Any time we go to malls like Shopright, when should pick whatever we want without payin
5. Residents outside Abuja should cut their salaries into two and transfer the rest to us
6. Henceforth, other citizens outside Abuja should not be allowed to vote again because we would be the sole people to decide who rules Nigeria.

So the Liegerian judges do not agree with Liegerian election constitution grin what is the point of having the constitution in the first place? So in another election if the winner fails to get %25 votes in Abuja what happens then?

The %25 rules should be scrapped then from Liegerian constitution. The justice system in Naigeria is wack! Anyone depending on real justice in Naigeria is wasting their time.
