Omaa Motors, an indigenous Car Manufacturing Company owned by Mr. Chinedu Oguegbu, will be doing their ground breaking ceremony tomorrow at Ụmụnya, Anambra State. They have been around for a while in Anambra, IgboUkwu to be precise, but this will be a bigger plant and will major on CNG and Electric(na to dey carry charger upandan) powered vehicles. (The plant will also convert Petrol and Diesel powered engines to CNG) Kudos to @CCSoludo and
@markokoyeII of @ANSIPPA for the Anambra Investment Summit idea.

Although this, just like Innoson can not be called manufacturing, instead they are called assembly plants. The major parts and components like engine, interior and electrical and electronics hardware are imported from China. I know some people will say there is no 100% manufacturer of vehicle as parts are sourced, but let the sourcing be within Nigeria, then we can say this is "Nigeria Made"
Indians and South American countries like Brazil that makes Macopolo are a good example.
Anyway, Kudos to the business men and women that make Nigeria proud.
