Here is a part of the Judgment of our Justice of the Court of Appeal.

The justice made the comment while dismissing the documented EU report on the 2023 election.

Did I just read “was also a fraud” So the Tribunal judges admitted that Tinubu’s election was a FRAUD in the judgments and yet still ruled in his favour ?

The statement implies that the Europeans are not universal validating officers of elections worldwide.

Try and improve your comprehension skills.

The justice is simply asking why the EU did not chook their unsolicited mouths into the highly disputed and in my opinion , rigged US elections but decided to issue a report on Nigeria's election process,?

Their final summation is their opinion and is not recognised by the courts in Nigeria for the EU sent observers to monitor the elections for their own satisfaction and in no way are their roles recognised in any litigation process disputing the elections.

The EU observer group that was in Nigeria has no constitutional role to play in Nigerian elections.

The European Union donated 35million Euro to INEC for the conduct of the 2023 election.
INEC chairman Mahmood Yakubu invited the union as monitoring group to witness the election. So they came, witness the election and gave a report about the election.

A case of trying to act as the paying employer of the Piper.

Because you donate on your own volition , doesn't make you a party to the elections.

If the EU was more interested in the outcome and not the process , them they should have sent their money to the political party of their choice but then again , this does not give them any right to chook mouth over the final outcome of the elections.

I guess you didn't read the part that says that EU officials were invited by FG and INEC to also monitor the election as observers.

"Invited" is a polite way of saying that the FG allowed them to monitor the process.

See it in the way a VISA or visitation permit is given.

One applies for visitation permit to a country and is then issued an invite by the country he or she applied to .

The word "invite" here is a diplomatic statement that addresses the EU monitoring team's presence in Nigeria at the sole discretion and approval of the FG.

Don't be a dimwit Upper Iweaka lawyer like Obi's useless legal team.

The EU has no constitutional role to play in the internal political affairs of Nigeria talk more of our election process.

The justices of the Panel rightly dismissed their conclusions on the grounds that they have no legal authority or credentials to conclude on Nigeria's electoral process and outcome.

Police officers and other mandated security officers deployed across polling units, substantiated evidence from Nigerians at those units and party representatives are the only ones whose evidence can be admitted in court .

Too bad, Obi and his charge and bail legal team could'nt provide one single witness in court to attest that there was rigging . And too bad that LP could not field party reps in over 70k polling units.

FYI, Obi is not disputing that he lost.

Far from it, Obi is only trying to invalidate the elections by claiming that Tinubu was not qualified to participate in the elections and that INEC refused to deploy real time transmission of results and that Tinubu could not be declared winner because he didn't win the FCT.

Obi did not provide evidence of rigging but wants the elections cancelled over the winner not being qualified to run in the first place.

You lost.

The tribunal has rightly ruled that whatever the EU election monitor report was, it remains their opinion.

Were the EU observers found in every polling unit ?

Whatever their report is drawn from , is highly selective and can only be seen as a sample and not conclusive evidence.

As I said earlier, your useless Obi refused to mobilize LP agents across the country in a presidential election.

Over 70k polling units in the north did not have an LP agent present .

This is why Obi did not argue in court that he was rigged out rather his freemason lawyer was calling for cancellation over a candidate's qualification to stand and contest the ejection while trying to be smart by half in claiming FCT had some magical special status.

Obi lost and lose will he again and again and again.

Every party agent is given a copy of the tallied results which they sign and submit to their immediate collation centre.

It is these signed and true certified copies of the result tally that party's have been using to invalidate rigging in court.

Obi refused to mobilise LP party agents across the country because your Obi was more interested in looting his own campaign funds donated to him which he is yet to account for than see to his own party agents being mobilised.

Like I have said, party agents cannot guarantee a credible election.
They will sign and go.While APC thugs will corner the INEC staff and snatch the ballot boxes and party agents.
Besides, when Peter Obi 's lawyers approached INEC to allow them inspect election results,INEC chairman refused. That alone is to prove that your narcotic pusher who doubles as your master,Tinubu, bribed INEC to declare him winner. He didn't win.Why is he begging Chicago University not to release his BSC degree.Every holder of such degree of high grade will be happy to flaunt it.But no,he is parading a fake certificate.
